For decades we’ve been told by the health & fitness industry that we need to eat less, exercise more and avoid the foods that our body is craving. This guidance, while often well intentioned, has unfortunately left a huge percentage of health-seeking Americans with symptoms of a slowed metabolism and hormonal imbalance - including everything from bloating and fatigue to low libido, hair loss, anxiety and excessive weight gain. 

The good news is that when provided with proper nutrition, sleep and stress management, the body has a remarkable ability to repair and regenerate. And by focusing on supporting our metabolism and hormones, we can find foods that don’t come at the cost of our body’s cravings and hunger signals. s

As a holistic health coach and nutritional therapist, I provide an educational-based approach to nutrition that focuses on helping guide my clients in learning to listen to their body and find what works best for them. By minimizing unnecessary food-stress and restriction, the goal is for us to improve the client’s metabolic function so that they have the necessary energy their body needs to feel good - both inside and out.

What does working together look like?

My approach to working with clients is a bit different than your conventional nutritionists and dietitians. My goal isn’t to get you coming back to me indefinitely but to set you up with the tools to learn how to listen to your body, collect data, conduct experiments and implement the habits necessary for you to understand your own physiology and how to best support it.

That being said, we’ll be working closely together to:

  • develop a bio-individual nutritional, supplemental and lifestyle plan that will support you and your unique body.

  • understand foundational concepts around hormones and metabolism to help you release your dependency on stress.

  • learn about the brain and how best to implement lasting habits in your life.

  • develop a set of tools that will allow you to better assess your progress towards your goals.

  • find the underlying causes for your symptoms and point you in the direction of further resources when and if needed.

  • 1-on-1 Health Coaching

    Together we will work towards creating an individualized nutrition and lifestyle protocol that will help you reach whatever health goals you are working towards. This will include support for blood sugar regulation, digestion, hormonal and mineral balance and immune system function.

    Individual and packaged sessions available.
    Available in-person in Atlanta and Online.

  • Small Group Coaching

    I will soon be adding in some small-group options for people who are on a budget and/or want a supportive group to work alongside. These sessions will focus on the foundational concepts around nutrition, breath and lifestyle habits. And individual needs beyond the group can be scheduled 1-on-1 as needed.
